Stephanie Luce
Stephanie Luce is a dynamic advocate who represents clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies at the state and federal level. Stephanie has obtained successful results for her clients through grand jury presentations, suppression hearings, and jury verdicts.
Stephanie grew up in Southlake, Texas and attended college at the University of Oklahoma , majoring in Chemistry and Philosophy. This scientific background uniquely qualifies her to handle cases where scientific evidence and theories will play an important role. Stephanie also developed intangible skills of toughness, confidence, and work ethic, playing for the Sooners basketball team that won two Big XII Championships and finished as National Finalist in the 2002 NCAA Final Four.
After college, Stephanie attended Texas Tech School of Law. In law school, Stephanie was involved in the Innocence Project of Texas where she investigated past cases on behalf of incarcerated individuals seeking post-conviction relief and provided special assistance in research and investigation involving DNA and arson investigation.
She is a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and she has appeared as a speaker at various CLE's on different criminal law topics.
Her areas of practice include assault, sexual assault, driving while intoxicated, drug offenses, theft, criminal mischief, mail and wire fraud, conspiracy, securities fraud, and many other state and federal crimes.
